1 Create Master Plan [STREAM] Copy Copy

Assess the Value Stream’s current state using Value Stream Mapping and a Read a Plant Fast assessment at a minimum. Identify implementation Target Areas, initiate a Registry of Continuous Improvement projects, create a Project Plan with a Timeline, and document Expected Benefits to build a Business Case for the Leadership Team.  Deploy a Training plan to educate all staff members on the principles and tools of Mixed Model Line design and Mixed Model Material Management.
