Our journey into Lean Healthcare began in 2002 with a major project for the Cardiovascular Services Department at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs. That success was later featured in Cath Lab Digest and presented at the 2004 Institute for Healthcare Improvement conference. Since then we have assisted dozens of U.S. hospitals, either on Lean mentoring or on Lean Hospital training.
